Due to the digital nature of the Hague Relocation Guide, all sales are final.

According to EU and Dutch consumer law, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital downloads once the performance has begun (i.e., the file has been sent or downloaded).

By completing your purchase and requesting immediate delivery of the digital guide, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal and refund.

If you experience any technical issues opening or receiving the file, please contact us immediately at info@helpora.nl and we will ensure you receive a working copy.
